This does offer some cushion but not much. I like the look it gave my set up. The my rangefinder pouch and bino harness are ranger green. But what I like most is this piece helps keep my straps from being everywhere.

The shoulder pads bunch in the rear where they velcro closed over the harness and make it less comfortable with any kind of pack on. I had owned a pro m harness and rangefinder pouch for some time. Always seemed to be a little clunky. Bought the shoulder pads along with the foundation wings hoping to make it better. The wings dont even really fit on the main pouch. Maybe they fit your new model better but saying they fit ths pro m isnt exactly accurate.The mounting clips dont even line up with the loops. Overall the harness was worse with the add ons. Bad products, good business model. You got me to throw more money at a mediocre design tryin to make it better but its still just doesnt carry that well.

Like the way it fits the bino harness helps when ya wear them for extended periods of time

Helps with comfort in warm weather when wearing light shirts, such as first couple o weeks of archery season.

Added padding is great. Makes my harness even more comfortable. Had to adjust my binoculars tether but overall great product. FHF is top quality.
